He produced the 2013 documentary, Disaster at Nightingale, a finalist in film festivals around the world. Guggenheim piloted the first manned submersible dives up to 2,000 feet into the world's largest underwater canyons in the Bering Sea. He is a National Fellow of the Explorers Club. Guggenheim previously served as Vice President at Ocean Conservancy, President & CEO of The Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Co-Chair of the Everglades Coalition, and Chairman of the Board of the Great Whale Conservancy.
